Shop Rebranding Research

This week in my Etsy class, I’m learning about branding my store. Of course, this includes my logo and colors but also, my shop name.

I’ve already gone back and forth with this. I don’t want to be pegged into a surf and beach artist only. But at the same time, we need to niche down to be seen. So, how do I handle this?

I have changed my shop name to my artist name, Jenn C Lindquist. But it doesn’t exactly match my actual business name. Also, If I change the name of my shop, how does it affect my Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest?

I’ve had several ideas. But I was thinking, “Can I change my shop name without changing my business name?” I need to find out.

Don’t be surprised if you see a new logo and brand colors. This is where the fun begins.
